Mike has helped me resolve many "projects" in my townhome which include fixing the front door lock, "unsticking" just about every door in the house after the place was completely repainted, repairing two loud exhaust fans, re-connecting two light fixtures that hadn't worked for years, re-attaching falling insulation in the attic, re-connecting a bathroom heat lamp, cutting a 1/2 inch off the bottom of each of the bathroom doors to accommodate thick bath mats and reinstalling a custom door that leads to the loft.
